Summer is the perfect time to travel to the Brunswick Islands. Small communities like Carolina Beach start bursting with new life. And there is always something to do on the historic Carolina Beach Boardwalk. Tons of delicious restaurants, cute boutiques and amusement parks both kids and adults will love.

For over 30 years, locals and visitors to the Brunswick Islands know that the Carolina Beach Boardwalk is the place to be the first Saturday of every June. That’s because this is the place of one of the longest running beach music festivals in the U.S. The Carolina Beach Music Festival is now celebrating its 31st year!

The great thing about this beach music festival, is that it is actually held on the beach! So slip your shoes off and dance all day to some of the best beach music bands in the south!
